Well the minute I arrived the staff make you feel at home , Maureen is a wonderful person and great at her job from communicating with you to helping you out with any questions, Sheila is great person and great at managing the payments and making things go smoothly, Naomy is delightful and a great worker , she's always busy , Peter is a great person and chef and serves lovely food , guesthouse Jane is in a great location nearby to everything, very comfortable and lovely food and breakfast, I highly recommend it to anyone, the staff are best of all and definitely deserve a pay rise , they work and manage the place great . Anyone travelling to Naivasha I would definitely recommend staying ere , thanks for everything!!

Its a beautiful homestay overlooking jungle and river....the tents are beautifully set up..the owner , Kevin is nice and helpful...very serence and peaceful...

The owner was responsive and provided information we needed.
This place is a fraud. We were told to pay the deposit which we did and later all phone numbers provided on booking.com were switched off and Google also took us nowhere.
Even locals they were not aware of any ole Lei cottages.
So either booking.com is cheated or this property is a cheat.
Pls do not opt for this property especially through booking.com.
The hospitality at Merinja Guesthouse is incomparable. Patrick is a great host, who has created a very homely atmosphere. He was very flexible in our check-in/-out times. The food (at breakfast and dinner) was very good as well.
We highly recommend you to stay at Merinja Guesthouse if you are travelling on a budget. You get your moneys worth.
