Wonderful place at the mountainside of Yufuin, we got a free upgrade to the Yufuin Monday location just next to the Yufuin Sunday building. The highlight of the place is definitely the view incredible to wake up and look out over the mountains and town of Yufuin.
The staff are also very nice, they even had time to chat about our trip, and help us with the facilities.

The place is all anima and games which gives it a special character, the host speaks well English and kindly explained to us all about Beppu, played Nintendo with us and even made us Japanese dessert.
The beds at the dormitory are very comfortable and wide compared to other Japanese hostels and the kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely recommend and come again!
