We stayed at Nakagawa's Cozy House for 1 month during the cherry blossom season. Many guests have thanked him for his kindness, I do not need to repeat that here. However, I want to mention two things to reflect how helpful he is as a host. First, I tried to send a chair overseas but was rejected and it was to be returned. Mr Nakagawa helped me handle the situation. Second, on the day of departure, we had so many pieces of luggage. Mr. Nakagaw took 2 big pieces and walked to the train station with us. You cannot find too many hosts like this.

The staff were really nice. It was also really close to the station. About 5 minutes of a walk with and a convenient store nearby. Staff spoke English really well and I was able to communicate with them at ease.

Amazing experience. This apartment really super duper neat and tidy. I did not even see a dust and dirt in every corner of this room. Almost all amenities available. Microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hair drier, kettle, all kitchen and bath appliances you name it all. Even sponge dish washer also ready. As a family traveller, I have seen many places, but this apartment is outstanding. The location about 400-500 meter from Namba Central Station which is really good for sightseeing many store around. The room is huge. The bed is large. Recommended for family traveller.

Location is good 2mins walk from subway..property is almost main road, there is supermarket infront, 2 pharmacy both side easy to buy pasalubong at very cheap price, also there is mcdonalds about 7mins walk that is 24hrs. Room is big with amenities. And most of all the host is so accommodating, my daughter had allergy night before check-out that i almost rush her to the hospital so we were not able to pack our things i asked host to allow us for late check out which he immidiately agreed. Will definitely book this property again in our next osaka visit.
