Room size: I was initially hesitant to book the double room because of the 10 square meter size as posted here. But then it was spacious when I got there. Two people can occupy it, in all fairness.
Toilet and shower: Private restrooms were provided. No need to be concerned about waiting in line with the other guests.
Cleanliness, tranquility, and privacy: Absolute 10/10, hands down. Only two rooms could be booked, plus the rooms where Kayoko-san (and her cat) stayed. So it felt like you rented the entire place with 2-3 roommates you would rarely see.
Accessibility: Just a few blocks from the subway and bus stations in Kita-24-jo (Kitanijuyojo). You can take the Airport Liner Bus to and from the New Chitose Airport (CTS). Plus, this area has many kombinis, drugstores, restaurants, and cafes.
Free treats at the mini bar: Kayoko-san occasionally offered treats when you chitchat with her at the minibar. It felt like home.
Will book this stay again in my next Sapporo adventure. For a room this cheap (relatively), this is a steal.

Mr. Yoshida, the owner, is the best host at a very comfortable hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that he brought to our room the most delicious melon fruit that we all enjoyed. He was so kind to provide ramen and udon that we could make in the morning for breakfast. We will always remember our stay here thanks to the kindness and great hospitality of Mr Yoshida. We wish Mr Yoshida good health and hope to see him again sometime in the future.

Outstanding place if you’re looking for reasonably priced rooms and need a break from hostels. You have your own room(privacy!) a kitchen, a bathroom, and a shower. There’s a lot of convenience stores and local shops that aren’t super touristy within a 5-15 minute walk, and the subway station is nearby too.

As a couple we had the whole room to ourselves which comprises 2 bunk beds that's meant to accommodate 4 pax. So as 2 persons we have much space but for 4 it will be a tight squeeze. There's only a very small table to eat on. Fully equipped but like I said it's just 2 of us, so it's alright. Generally very clean. We never met the owner or host or landlord, all through preadvised drop box for keys etc. But for the price we paid we are happy with it.
