The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The common room looks great, with nice music. Surprisingly, the foam futon was even more comfortable than a normal one. The onsen was very clean and nice.

The receptionist that greeted me was incredibly friendly and kind! She gave me great recommendations, provided me with free rental towels and shampoo+body soap for the onsen, and explained about the luggage storage situation since I wanted to leave my luggage after checkout. Facilities were clean, shared communal space was gorgeous, and I would highly recommend this place!
