The host was genuine and even when we were late in arriving she kept communicating as to how far we were and if we were still coming.
The gentleman at the property was very easy going and extremely helpful. On our first day after arriving and dropping off our bags, we went into the Town og Montego Bay to grab a few items and on our way back the car transmission failed and left us stranded. The people in the community were very helpful because majority of them stopped to render assistance, calling mechanics and even attempted to pull our car with theirs, and calling toe truck. The gentleman at the property also reached out to a mechanic by the name of Leonel and have him come to the property to check the car and although he couldn't take it on because the car is HYBRID, they were relentless in their efforts to call every mechanic they know who might have the expertise. He finally connected me with an expert in the field by the name of John Paul and he was very instrumental in us getting back on our Journey to home. HE DEFIED ALL ODDS! and even used his own car to search for places opened to get some parts as it was late in the evening and not everywhere opens on weekends. Even though it was not a general work day for him, John Paul was in dialogue with us every step of the way until we told him we were home safe and like wise the gentleman at the property who called to ensure we were home safe and even when the mechanics were at the house working on the car he was right there with us.
I just want to say thanks to everyone who played apart in our experience, even the ones who simply asked if we were ok.

The host was so gracious and kind upon arrival. Anything that we needed he was able to supply us with. Moreover, he was willing to be our personal taxi driver for the day. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Nice view of the water and it has a pool.

Very peaceful, very safe, good area, parking & a friendly host. Fulfilled all my needs and request when asked, including extra sheets & there’s even a roof terrace we were welcomed to use. I would definitely stay here again, great value for money and again a lovely host.

I have been working remotely from this location and the accomdation provides everything you need. The view on the valley is amazing and Wayne has been a great host! The accomodation is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Although the studio is not located in the centre, it can still be reached by foot if you enjoy a good walk. Otherwise, Wayne can help out to arrange a taxi for a good price.
It is such a relaxing place. Only good vibes at Peaceful Palms. It’s a big property and a good way to get in touch with locals and other travelers!

Great hosts, in a very nice villa. The location is prime as its just 10minutes from the airport. Nice large bedrooms, with modern facilities. We will certainly try to stay there again in the future!
The property was amazing, the scenery alone is beautiful. The location was not too far from anything local like popular restaurants and ect. I felt at home staying here. Safe community (gated) and wonderful staff who were available when needed. Clean as well. We will definitely come back here again.
