What an amazing place to stay, right by the boat ramp in all of the photos of Riomaggiore. Yep the yellow one! Our hosts Michele and Paolo were fantastic and explained everything about hiking cards, train cards etc, nothing was too much trouble, they were fabulous.

Patrizia was the perfect host - welcoming, helpful, obliging and informative. Perfect location for train to Cinque Terre and short stroll to restaurants etc. Accommodation was immaculate and no problem with providing front door key to accommodate retrieval of luggage after check-out.

The hostess is very warm and welcoming. The room is not big, but it’s tall, so it doesn’t feel small. It’s clean and well-designed, and it’s near the city center and the central station. When we checked out, the host carried our luggage to the first floor while we enjoyed breakfast. That was nice.

Good size room, great shower, comfortable bed free coffee making machine, fridge in the room and shared kitchen. The kitchen is shared between the 3 rooms in the accomodation and is equipped with cutlery plates and cups etc and a microwave although there is no oven or grill. It is quiet at night. The accomdation is on the4th floor and accessed by a lift or by a climb up the stairs. Responsive host.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Awesome spot in Volastra. One of the more quiet towns in Cinque Terre which we really enjoyed. Andrea was a great host and the room was comfy and as described. We had a car and it was also one of the easier towns to get too. Would recommend staying here!
Looking at the sunset from your balcony, is really something awesome. If it’s on Le 5 terre, that’s even more!
