Property was clean, quiet and comfortable! We had an individual air conditioner in room which kept us nice and cool and we were so close (10 min walk) to Lake Garda and the beautiful city center! The room had a beautiful terrace filled with flowers, a shared kitchen and living room which was fabulous for keeping cool drinks and cooking if desired. Our hostess was helpful and wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Location - The property was in the center of Limone del Garda. Just a few minutes walk down from lake views and the parking area. Also 15 minutes away by car from nearby towns like Riva del Garda. Just a reminder if carrying heavy luggages the way to the apartment is a bit downhill but for us it was not much of a problem because we brought small handcarry lugagges.
Apartment - It was beautiful, homey, spacious for a family of 4 and clean. Love that it had two bathrooms. Every morning, fresh croissants were delivered to us.
Communication - The owner was attentive to our needs and was always available to reply to our queries thru Whatsapp.
Overall would recommend this property to others 👍🏻 We went here during off season (December) and it was very tranquil. Definitely coming back during hotter months

All was very nice, especially the staff. Very welcoming people. We didn't eat dinner there but the breakfast buffet was a great deal and fun to sit outside. Beautiful hotel and surrounding location. The house has a great atmosphere and it's very clean.

We have nothing but compliments for Casa Pitem ❤️ Sofia and Gianluca are great hosts. A huge breakfast selection, a comfortable room and a quiet setting. We will stay here again when we next visit in January 25.
The apartment was even better than in the pictures. It was spotless and recently renovated with good taste and high quality materials. The apartment had good sound-proofing so it was very quiet at night — great for a good night sleep.
We were travelling with a small child so it was nice that there was a lift to our apartment and a shared laundry machine and dryer. We also had a crib and highchair ready for us in the room as requested. Laura and her family were great hosts, thank you once more for making our stay perfect!
Alessandro welcomed us very warmly and was a great host throughout our stay. We loved the room and the house in general. There is a lot of attention to detail (like a great basement for the bikes). The breakfast was really really good. Fresh fruit, vegetables, fried and scrambled eggs, awesome cappuccini, homemade cake and much more. Overall a great stay and 100% recommended.
Everything was perfect, from the friendly friendly welcome by the lovely hosts & staff, the breakfast & evening meals were amazing, the views from the dining room and bedrooms is stunning, the location is wonderful with easy walking to the town centre and the next town Riva Del Garda. Parking area is handy.
