Clean and nicely renovated with a small communal kitchen with enough to prep snacks for hungry teens. Good location in the center of old town. Absolutely worth visiting the Etruscan sites, accessible ancient history in a friendly medieval town

The location was perfect for catching our cruise ship the next day. I read a number of reviews that gave it a great rating which gave me confidence that this was the right choice. It’s out in the countryside, so there is not traffic noise. The room was impeccably clean yet simple. Our host, Mabell was SO NICE!!
She is the kindest person. She took us to the ATM to get euros, to the drugstore to buy sunblock, and to a FABULOUS Italian restaurant that is extremely popular and reasonably priced. She also had one of her drivers pick us up at FCO (the airport in Rome) and bring us to the property (for a fee). Breakfast was a delicious pound cake and great coffee. She also arranged for a driver to take us to the cruise ship the next day. Highly recommend.

Honestly we had a long day of our flights being delayed 4 times and losing transportation. With out Paolo I'm not sure what we would have done. He waited all hours to help us and made sure we were taken care of. Nothing better to have customer service after a long day of travel. The room was perfect, quaint, and comfy! If we came back it would definitely be here.

The apartment is so comfortable and has a great relaxing vibe to it. The location is perfect and is in walking distance of restaurants and bars as well as the necropolis (tombs), the fantastic National Etruscan museum and the medieval quarter. Claudia is a great host too.
