One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.
Pictures do not do it justice how beautiful the location and gardens are!
We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.

Very sweet host! The entire house was in general just really clean. The kitchen had plenty of new facilities and free coffee/snacks. For the price we paid it was definitely exceeding our expectations. The view was also terrific and romantic. We gathered up in front of the small windows with a tagliere and some aperol spritz. Lago Maggiore is a wonderful quiet get away with beautiful nature!!

Salvatore was a great host. It was raining when we arrived and he met us with an umbrella and showed us to the accommodation. Lovely space for a two person stay. Bedroom was cool despite the humid weather. All lovely and clean and good facilities. Just a short walk down to the lake and the main town.
Central location, spacious, perfectly clean and lovely hosts. Quiet at night due to being tucked away behind a bag shop which also makes it feel safe. We walked to all the sights in Stresa and the ferry or bus stop is only a 2min walk away.
The apartment in the old villa is actually very bright (unlike the photo), with windows on three sides and two balconies. There are trees all around, and you can see the mountains and even the lake through the other houses. It is easy to find, on the quiet street, close to the station and the shop where the locals shop, 15-20 minutes walk to the port. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, spices and plenty of coffee. Nice hostess.
Perfect flat in a perfect location.only metres from main square but very quite and peaceful.The ferry terminal and lake front just a few minutes walk.Georgio was a great host and it was lovely to meet his family.

The location Is bit up the hill but it's no to bad if Weather is nice.
A very stylish house and also the room is very unique. We loved the view over the lake and it is only a 10min walk down to the city/lake, so you can leave you car at the house.
2 friendly dogs and a beautiful big cat live in the garden. You can cook and prepare your breakfast, everything you need is there. Fabio is a great host!
