Everything! Cristina gave me a warm welcome. Her apartment is beautiful. It's 2 minutes' walk from the Spoleto station, so no need to haul your luggage up to Spoleto old town. From the apartment, it's about 10 minutes walk to the escalator that takes one up to the old town. Everything was perfect.

We spent three days at this beautiful property that has incredible attention to detail throughout the house and gardens. They are lovely hosts who truly care but are not intrusive. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with lots of healthy choices and cappuccino refills on the terrace looking at the olive trees and Spoleto. We had a bbq one night and it was delicious! Great base for exploring the area with a car. It feels so special driving down the small road to get to the property. We hope to return soon.
Beautiful property with a great host who accommodated our request to check in early. Lovely decoration with many personal touches. We especially enjoyed all of the natural light from the skylights!
The most amazing hotel. Surrounded by an oak forest and olive trees, the most beautiful pool has lots of sun and shade. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs.
The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant.
