Great location and very clean however was way way too small … and whilst we really only slept there it was extremely hard to get organised , get ready and get changed - room was stuffy .. would hate to be there in summer

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was very good because of the closeness to Chioggia and Venice. You can walk to the bus station and take the bus to Venice, while your car waits in a free parking at the hotel.

Mauro was super nice. We had a warm welcome although we only stayed one night. Room was good, there is a kitchen you can use if you want to and a living area and balcony that is shared with the other guests.
