Staff was wonderful, and recommended many fun activities and amazing restaurants. Coffee and breakfast was excellent. AC in room was great and necessary. There were no blankets which was surprising, however since it was so hot and humid blankets really were not needed. The pillows were amazingly comfortable, overall, great experience for the price. The location is amazing we walked all over to many good restaurants and historical sites.

The location was great, extremely close to the metro station which I used often during my stay. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicative. He was diligent about giving as many details for check in as possible and was always prompt with WhatsApp responses to my questions. He held my luggage for me while I went to Sorrento for 2 nights and was always checking in to make sure I was able to get my bags okay upon my return. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Unfortunately not much I liked about this property. No one tells you it’s down an alley littered w graffiti. No one tells you that you literally have to lug your suitcases up stairs to the 5th floor of an old apartment building. I wouldn’t even call this a hotel. It’s rooms in a building. The evening front desk girl was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The towels, blanket, & robes all need to be thrown out and replaced. The presentation of this property on booking.com is very misleading.

Very clean hotel and the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my trip in Naples. Hotel is close to the metro (if you're doing a tour, the pick up is right by the hotel/metro area) and shopping area, would recommend this hotel !!

The apartment was a good size, very well equipped. The snacks on arrival were very welcome. Tina was a great host. Aircon was great to have in the heat (mid 30's). Beds very comfortable - a great stay.
There js a good supermarket just around the corner too, which was good for self catering. Its very close to the train station and only 20 minutes or so from the airport.
Everything was perfect. Antonio is great host, he even make video how to get to apartment!

The host Dario was very kind and knows a lot about Napels. He showed us the spots that the locals visit, instead of the tourist places. This is the sign of a good host! I strongly recommend this place.
Lovely hosts, great location and very affordable. Felt perfectly safe as two young females. The area didn't feel too tourist-y and the locals were really nice. Plenty of authentic places to eat within walking distance. Wi-fi worked well and the hair-dryer was the best we've ever used. The shower is quite pokey but maintains pressure and temperature well.
The apartment is located in a very quiet part of town, in the pedestrian zone, which is great because after a hard day you can at least relax.Zhe location is extraordinary, 50 meters from the street Scapanapoli which is full of restaurants, cafes, shops and always full of locals and tourists.Niki is a great host, he welcomed us with a warm welcome, he was full of advice, he helped us with everything ... where to eat,how to get to the attractions of the city, he ordered us a taxi to leave .. he was available all the time ..
It was an amazing location and was facing the castle. Antonio was a lovely host that gave us plenty of recommendations and made the stay super comfortable for us.
