The staff were so helpful and friendly. Elena messaged me before arrival to assure me that our room would be ready at arrival (13:00)
She was also available via WhatsApp for any enquiries during our stay and made some suggestions of places to visit and eat. So helpful and welcoming. Rosamarina was very attentive during breakfast service. Nothing was too much trouble!
The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning is a blessing!
Parking outside is also a breeze which was really helpful.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull. Our room was pretty and we had an amazing seaview with a shared terrace. The whole house is really beautiful, decoration is cool and the location superb! We could park our car in the garden for 10€.

Everything was beyond great!!
It was very clean, the parking was included, the host was phenomenal, she even got us breakfast!!!! (see the photo) we had an Illy machine in the room with capsules, sun cream, aftersun, etc and she also gave us great recommendations regarding the beach and food.
Everything was way better than we expected.
We were shocked by the great hospitality received and I believe we will be back!!

Raffaella is wonderfully accomodating, allowing both an early check-in when it was raining and leaving bags for a few hours on check-out. She even dried some of my clothing that had been drenched from the rain. The room was cosy and had everything I needed, and it was a very short walk to the beach.

A short walk to the beach and the main square, very well situated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms 1 and 2 were very clean and tastefully decorated. We had to leave the rooms by 10 am but could leave our luggage in the courtyard, enjoy the day at the beach and use the shower in the courtyard, which was very nice.

Great hosts with a really nice, clean apartment with great air con which was essential with it being 30+ degrees every day. Close to Mondello and some other beach clubs. 806 bus into Palermo goes regularly. Very handy location. Overall we had a great trip and loved staying here.

We spent 5 beautiful days in Mongibello Rooftop. The apartment is new and cozy, the furniture is very modern. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The location of the apartment is perfect, the beach is literally 5 minutes away on foot. There is a secure parking lot next to the apartment, for only 3 euros a day that was very convinient. The host family is super kind, gave us tips and recommendations that were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and they have taken note of our special requests like gluten intolerance.
Beautiful and tastefully decorated room (actually more like a studio apartment), feels like home. Perfectly located, just a few minutes away from the beach but still protected from the noisy main street. It's a locals neighbourhood, so it is a very authentic experience.
The host is very cool and friendly, ready to assist when needed, without disturbing unnecessarily. Mondello is absolutely worth seeing, the beach is amazing.
this is a beautiful, spacious Villa with a lovely garden in a great location, close to the beach, locals shops and restaurants and the bus stop to get to Palermo. it was spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could think of to have a lovely self-catering holiday. Elvira the host is amazing, so warm and helpful, we will definitely stay again 💚
The property is in a great location (about 7-8 mins to the beach, restaurants etc). We loved the beautiful views from the huge, very comfortable terrace. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well equipped. Riccardo is also a great host, he was proactive with providing recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc and was always helpful and fast to respond.
