Nice, clean, peaceful and well appointed house in the old part of Modica. Giusy, the owner, will meet you nearby and show you to the house, you will never find it by yourself. Expect to share the kitchen with the occupants of the other room. Walking distance to all the Modica attractions. Internet worked fine. Parking is relatively easy in the nearby street, few minutes walk from the house.

The owner is so kind, attentive, caring and responsive. She even provided us with tips for visiting Modica. The apartment has a very beautiful modern design and is spacious. It is clean and new, with a nice view of the city. It is located very close to the main tourist attractions of Modica. We would love to stay for longer and definitely recommend this apartment.

Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home.
Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.
Very central location and easy access to restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking area is about 5 minutes away so that was a bonus. The property is quite spacious, more than expected. Everything was clean and it was equipped with everything one may need. Helena was a great host!
This is the best view point for Modica, the view of the city is just magnificent all day. The room is quite spacious and the whole apartment is nicely decorated. The host family is super friendly.
Great place to stay. The hôtel is in a family palace. Gianpiero is a great host, helpful and welcoming. The room was huge with a balcony overseeing the city. We only stay 1 night but it was a great one. The heat of the city is close by the hôtel.

Stunning terrace looking over Modica (well worth all the steps in Modica!), lovely room, great base to visit Modica and other towns like Ragusa and Scicli. Vincenzo was a great host with excellent recommendations about restaurants and things to see in Modica.
Thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and equipped apartment with everything I could ask for and my generous host provided so many extras met lovely helpful locals in a friendly neighbourhood and I could almost touch Santa Giorgio from the balcony.
