The room was lovely with a small balcony overlooking the plaza. There was a good coffee machine in the room and the daily delivered breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The spacious, well-appointed room was very comfortable. The chaise lounge as well as desk seating was great. Big windows for natural light with room darkening curtains. Soft pillows, sheets, covers, towels. Dogs welcome. Keyless entry. Water, coffee, tea available. Great location in city center. Restaurant on ground level where the host greets you to show you the room.

The rooms are well run by a hotel group, and tourist information at check-in is great. Nicely designed interior, be aware its in the backyard where the parking is, but definitely more than OK for two nights. There's a bakery right out the backyard's back door if you like a small breakfast, but they don't sell coffee there and there's no kettle

We loved the apartment - spacious and beautifully decorated. The living area and bathroom were stunning. Just a little odd was the corridor and stairs that ran between the two lockable parts of the apartment (bedroom/bathroom and living/kitchen. The location was excellent, an easy walk from the railway station, and quiet despite its location close to cafes, shops, etc. Living room windows looked out on a small but pretty piazza with excellent cafe/bar. We should have stayed longer than 3 nights. Matteo was a very good host.
A really special house with a really lovely hostess. I booked for 4 friends who were absolutely delighted. Virginia could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The house is exquisite.
My stay in Casa del Teatro was very nice. Communication with Dannj was super easy and he is a great host with fantastic tips from Mantova. The location is amazing, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spatious. I would definitely reccomend it and if I go back to Mantova, I will stay there again!
The flat is so thoughtfully equipped and is perfectly located to explore Mantova. Jarno has been a great host, in terms of communication but also in terms of providing drinks, fruits and snacks as a gift. We would always return again.

Great location - quiet, opposite a large parking lot and a short walk to the center. The apartment is super clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had various drinks and sweets at our disposal, which was a nice surprise. It was lovely to see Claudio and his mother Luciana again after staying at their wonderful home some 12 years ago! Palazzo Arrivabene is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in one of our favourite Italian cities. Parking is nearby if you cannot get a place outside on the street and within minutes you can walk into the centre of Mantua. You could not ask for more lovely hosts. The room was comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely. Grazie Mille Luciana e Claudio!
