Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. we felt very well, Antonella is a very good host. the location is close to the beach, shops and the train station. the apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. the outside yard is a big plus. we will definitely come back next year.

Good location. While it did not have air conditioning ... clear in description... it did have modern ceiling fans with blades that didnt show!

Also while no en-suite ... again clear ... it had 2 great bathrooms for just 4 appartments.
Nearby restraunts and bars full of locals which is a nice change.
Patrizia was a great host, extremely helpful and gave good recommendations.
The apartment was a perfect space for a couple. Balcony was is sheltered by trees and kitchen had everything we needed.
Modern spacious appartment with big terrace . Close to the sea and cafes .
Thanks to the fact it is some 1 km from the center cafes and restaurants located next to it are not tourist traps but places visited by locals .
Nice reception - we were offered stock of coffee and bottle of wine in the appartment .
