Daniela was very kind and attentive. Location and check-in was easy. There was a pleasant silence. On the walls were posted house rules in a few places and that helped a lot. It was nice to have breakfast and coffee on the porch. There were pleasant views from the veranda and the window. I will be happy to visit and stay again.

The owner Stefy and her staff made our stay brilliant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant out the front of the property which is also run by Stefy had some of the best food we ate our entire trip.

Beautiful villa with spacious rooms and private bathroom overlooking the garden. Bed was comfortable and the property was off the road so very peaceful. Viviana, our host, was very friendly and we very much enjoyed our breakfast. Would definitely come back again

Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The place had a nice atmosphere and great service. The house was spotless and the room very spacious, with high ceilings. Gluten-free diet was also well taken into consideration.

Our stay at this Palazzo was fantastic and made more so due to Elena being such a wonderful and helpful host. It’s well located in Como with all the shops, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. Car parking was just a 5 min walk away.
Our room was huge and light filled with lovely windows in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was appointed with luxury towels and soaps etc. The bed was very comfortable and also fitted with luxury linens.
Breakfast was a most special treat with multiple courses of gourmet offerings and many items, breads, cakes jams and spreads etc, were home made.
Staying in a converted 14th century palazzo is a very special experience and you can do so here with all the reminders of history, beautiful 14th century mosaic tiled floors, but with comforts of modern furnishings and accessories (air conditioning & power points by the bedside as an example). There were some stairs but there was a lift for luggage.
I would highly recommend this Palazzo to anyone visiting Como.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.

You must book a room with Lake View. The view was breathtaking. The location of this property was 15 to 20 min by car from Bellagio however we preferred the quiet area.
The ferry transport not reliable however bus stop is close by and runs frequently to Bellagio
We were met from the bus (bus stop 8) by Sylvia who welcomed us to Lezzeno and showed us the entrance to La Corte Del Governo 565 up a small alleyway off the Main Street.
Once we were through the door we entered a lovely little court yard and were shown upstairs to our room.
The room was great, spacious, spotlessly clean with good fixtures and fittings.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food available.
Sylvia was a great hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic time.
Bed super comfortable, the best. Room large, colourful style, warm A/C. Unusual decor, low natural light. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast and lovely hosts. Host gives tour of small fort on site. Close to ferry and bus stops. Good shop for groceries next door.

We found the house very easily with the explanation we were given. The location is great, there is a place for your car but the bus stop is at 3min by walk from the house and the port is at 15min.
He recommend us restaurants and we tried one, it was delicious.
