The owner was very forthcoming - she allowed us to check-out an hour later. The premises were excellent - super clean, comfortable, fast wifi and within a few minute drive from the city centre where there are amazing cafes (recommend Pizzeria de Selvano and Zero30 gelatteria). Best of all - it has AC with a remote, perfect when it is more than 30°C outside.

A good size apartment is enough for 3-4 people. Nice and newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower. Good size bedroom with a wide bed. The kitchen angle has almost everything you need for a short stay. There's no possibility to go out to the roof terrace as shown in the pictures and we choose it just because of that.

Marco was a great host and easily contactable. Parking good and safe. Air con was very good and definitely required. Wifi and all the facilities worked well. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Not our first visit to Desenzano, never fails to impress. Early August and the lake was warm, fresh water and little sand, kids 6 and 8 loved it.... and the ice cream!

Very clean appartment. All was organised perfectly. Good wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Great host. Appartment is just near the lake with the beach. To get to the center it’s 20 min walk.

We only arrived at 23hrs but the lovely host waited for us. Appartement is clean, modern and spacious, with a small terrace. Everything was there that you could need, private parking place as well!
