Everything and everyone. The property is very elegant and well kept on the inside and outside, clean, centrally located to all Como and Lake Como attractions whether on foot or by car/taxi, situated on a quiet street without much street noise/traffic.

Lorena is brilliant. She has stocked the house with everything you could possibly need, and is very helpful. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge for us, but when we texted Lorena she immediately appeared and showed us to and around the place. Absolutely brilliant value for money, and a great host. No complaints about this at all!
A well-equipped kitchen. A beautiful garden with a view of the countryside. Excellent access to the center thanks to the Funicolare cable car. It's a good idea to get a pen for 15 euros. Great hostess.
Great Hosts, they are very charm, open & warm. We had wonderful stay in Vista Lago Hotel. Great restaurant 70m near hotel with view on Garda Lake. We will come back there for sure
Everything but especially the view of the lake from our balcony! Check in was informative by the lovely host and getting to Como was quite easy and enjoyable on the funicular. Breakfast was tasty with another amazing morning view. Room was small but functional and had everything for a short stay.

The flat and the equipment was excellent, there even were small things like a first aid kit and kitchen and bathroom essentials. The terrace was very nice and charming. Lovely host who was always prepared to help.
The scenery is breathtaking, Roberto and his family are lovely hosts and the rooms are simple but very comfortable and clean. the breakfast is also very nice. Will come back!
against other reviews, I did not find the road difficult at all. A Fiat 500 may be better suited than a big SUV though.
