Exceptionally awesome B&B near Valenza and the river Po. The hosts are great and very kind! The house, garden and yard are in such a lovely shape! There are a lot of animals in the yard too! The location of the B&B is great for cyclists who are traveling along the river Po (there is a shortcut leading to the B&B from the SP55). Thank you very much for this great stay! Very friendly staff (Thank you Marina and Stefano) and enjoyed swimming in the pool. You will have great panoramic view of the vineyard wherever you look.
We also did a winery tour including wine tasting and we got great explanation.
And the room was very spacious and cozy.
Be aware the last few hundred meters you will drive on an unpaved road so the car could get a bit dusty, but definitely worth it when you arrive and stay!
And the breakfast is deliciouse and the staff would also be very attentive and friendly.
You can ask for restaurant recommendation which was very very nice too. And if your Italian is not good, the staff would also gladly make a reservation for you.
Not to forget to say we bought dozens of wines which we will enjoy coming months :)
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
No breakfast available. It was a whole apartment with 3 bedrooms, one giant living room with everything you would need and ask for. A very special place to feel super comfy with great host inputs for dining and other desires. We booked last second due to another stay that cancelled us without prior notice. We arrived around 10pm and it was all ready.
For years we have travelled from Switzerland to Southern France and were looking for a nice place for an overnight stop. We tried Tenuta La Fiscalia for the first time and are thrilled.The restaurant in the same structure is excellent, people are very friendly and Lorenzo is a great Host.
