Very friendly host, always willing to assist with whatever you need very quickly. Place is a bit out of the way, but quiet and still easily accessible to places around Srinagar. Shower got very warm very quickly!

It is a home stay in a very well maintained house with lovely and caring family. The Apartament itself is really spacious and clean. There is everything what you need for a comfortable stay and the garden is is a big plus. Thank you for this lovely experience and for hosting me and taking care for all the aspects that made my trip to Srinagar so smooth. It was better experience that i could expect.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the food was delicious. But the biggest asset is the host, Saleem. He was very competent, attentive, knowledgeable.
Whenever we had a problem, we contacted him and he navigated us through it. He even provided us with an Indian SIM card to make it easier for us to communicate with him

Host was good behaviourwise, but As solo traveller I found it hard because homestay is in very interior with no means of transport for locals as all people there own personal vehicles, also every time if we do taxi it will cost us a lot its unreasonable price.
Wont suggest solo traveller to stay better to stay in dal lake bcoz no food stall, no options for vegeterian food.
Its a lovely homestay in a quiet locality with a great host. The property was very clean and well maintained. I have never seen such a clean and hygienic bathroom in any of my stays till date and it was quite big too. Room was quiet with all amenities and clean linen. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely come back for a stay and recommend this homestay to my friends.
My wife and I stayed in Anand Home Stay for two night. This is very good clean Homestay 🛏️and all facilities are available. Food quality is very good, service is very quick and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast cooked by the owner's wife was delicious. The owner was very helpful and helped us with insights on our journey in and around Kashmir and how to avoid getting fleeced by locals.
He was very warm, courteous and i had a wonderful time conversing with him. I will definitely recommend others to stay at this homestay!
