I can recommend this homestay with all my heart. The host, a very friendly lady, is easy to communicate with, responds very quickly and keeps her promises. The room is very large, very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The shower, the Wi-Fi and the electrical sockets work perfectly. The food I ordered for breakfast and dinner was excellent. I can't imagine that I would have had it better at a hotel. I was able to reach many places by walking. The surrounding area is very safe. With the navigation (for example Google Maps) you can find the place without any problems. If I should be in the area again, I would book Maria's homestay for sure. It was just amazing.

Sumit is a great host. We reached his property before check-in time. Since the room was not ready because there was another guest. He offered us tea and snacks at his home. Very big and modern house with a lot of space. Many sofas and armchairs to relax. On the roof a huge terrasse. We stayed two nights for a great value.
The hosts were very helpful, providing a taxi to Darjeeling and the airport. They took great care of us on our return as we were really sick. The cook prepared lovely food for us. Really enjoyed every one of the Homestay
The host is very experienced, friendly and made us feel at home. We have loved the apartment and enjoyed the comforts of home for a 9 night stay. I would recommend this homestay for westerners as the host has many years experience in hotel business and understands our needs. The apartment is very beautiful and peaceful. There is a small shop within a short walk.
It was neat and clean with all kind of required facilities. Host was very much caring and they are literally there to help you. It was very nice and comfortable stay for us. Above all this homestay is very much closer to Bagdogra Airport (near about 10 minutes via toto) .
