The hosts were so helpful when we thought we had lost one of our phones, luckily it turned up. They were also so helpful trying to sort out our Goa Mile's taxi, which failed to turn up. RIna sorted an alternative taxi to our next destination.

Excellent location, 5 minutes away from the beach and many good quality restaurants/ bars. Good size rooms with good sized beds , which are kept incredibly clean ! Off-road gated secure parking for your vehicle. Friendly helpful owners which are keen to help you have the best stay possible ! Totally recommend.

Great property and location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (ask at reception for the shortest walking route since there are multiple paths to get to the beach). Our room was clean and quiet. The staff at reception were always helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Highly recommend Palolem Guest House!
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Alstid greeted me on arrival and was exceptional. Super helpful in answering all of my questions and a very warm, welcoming person. I felt very comfortable travelling/ staying alone here and would recommend to anyone. Alstid went above and beyond to make my stay as perfect as could be. Definitely worth going to. The area is lovely and In just a couple days locals recognised me and always stopped for a chat.

Room was really clean, comfortable - and with a great bathroom - and as a lone traveller I felt very safe and secure.
The beach is literally on the doorstep - you can hear the waves at night.
The restautant next door delivered food on request and a coffee and juice every morning.

Great location - unbelievably good! A Goan sunset (over the Arabian Sea) is pretty special! Basically cloaks the ocean in a golden orange afterglow = absolute magic! (From what little we could garner), La Rocha is basically part of a small community (of family owned businesses) who look out for each other, so it's not only safe but there's a strong sense of pride & ownership among the locals. (Really different vibe from the rest of our India trip!)

We loved our stay, place is exactly as on the pictures. Our AC hut (one out of two, two others don’t have AC) had a great view on the water. Actual beaches are just around the corner. Best part: Great host who had many helpful ideas and hints :-)
Had a blast with my friends at this place. Loved the vibe and the cottage. Food is great and Yogesh ji is a very good host whose mission is to satisfy their guests.
