Good homestay with welcoming hosts. Well maintained property with all necessary amenities. It is close to Sitapur Beach. However, the rest of the beaches are in 5-6 kms radius. We had a comfortable stay.
The location is bit disappointing. We went there because of exceptional reviews. Although the family run homestay was good to a extend but I would recommend a place in the main location. Location is why u are in Neil and if u compromise on that, u won't enjoy the beauty to it's true value.

It is a very clean, well maintained resort with supportive staffs. I travelled with my wife and 4 year old kid, they prepared food for us as per our taste. They are a great host. I would definitely recommend this resort.
