Staff was always smiling and very responsive. Even before I arrived they communicated well through booking.com. place was clean, location was walking distance to late night food and bars and beach. Towels were very plush and large! Bed was comfortable.

Friendly and personal service,The staff were all very friendly and helpful and The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Thivim Station,The Guesthouse is well situated, being close to Arambol Beach, also for shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again

It was a proper guest house cum hotel room, everything was neat, well arranged before my arrival, clean washroom on top of that common kitchen with dining area. Hard to find these properties in such low pricing.

This place is very calm and serene! The best part is the location, which is near the beach. Hemant sir was like a fatherly figure to us and a very good host. The staff, Ramesh ji, is very polite and available all the time. They have very good breakfast options. The room and garden view are just fabulous. The room size is more than sufficient to accommodate 4 to 5 people. The cleanliness is very good. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Thanks to Hemant sir and Ramesh ji.
Great place. Great service. Space saver rooms are comfy. If you've a balcony that's an extra advantage. A home stay kinda place, about 5 min away from the beach. Ideal for solo travelers. Average but good remote location. If you are looking for peace and simple stay this is the place. Not much facility but more of a home stay and simple basic room.
We got a very nice room on the first floor. Our view was the massive patch of greenery and the sea beyond that . The sound of the ocean is very soothing.
