The way the proprietor Mr. Sangam Pradhan treated us. His mother affection towards the guests caring for the food, facilities, etc.. If someone wants serenity, Sewan's Homestay in Mirik is the place to be. The room was meticulously arranged. The balcony had a great view of the lake. The house has so many interesting books. The reading room is intricately arranged. The food that was served was also very homely. Everything was clean.

Very very neat and clean. The linens were very clean. Good view of Mirik Lake and surroundings from the balcony. Though on a steep climb, our car could reach upto the door of the home stay. The food was simple home cooked and hot. Served quality Darjeeling tea in big cups. Slippers were available. Nice sitting area with a wide choice of books. Punctual about dinner and breakfast time. Tshiden was very helpful and accommodating. The homestay was in a residential quiet area.
