Jayashri and Biju are great host they are kind and they have excellent communication with us. The place is beautiful very well located, very clean and modern. Lovely host family, spacious, clean rooms close to the beach. Great home cooked food eaten on a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful little garden. We spotted lots of different birds including a tree dwelling kingfisher aswell as squirrels and monkeys.
Oh and they have a cute new puppy called Luca - what's not to love? Thanks to Mr Babu and Rani nothing was too much trouble.
We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The homestay was in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The room was very clean and comfortable, we slept so well. We had a delicious home cooked traditional Keralan breakfast and an amazing dinner, some of the best food we have had in India. What made our stay extra special was the beautiful happy family running the home stay. We were made to feel so welcome and had so much fun with them. Thank you for our stay.

Nice homestay located just a few steps to the beach. This is a new homestay with spacious and clean rooms, a very large toilet and a comfortable dining area. Excellent homemade food. We enjoyed a delicious Kerala sadya. The host family is so kind, helpful and polite. The host Sebastian is very friendly and owns a Tuk-Tuk. So I could travel easily at affordable rates. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
I did like the Mariarei Babu Homestay. The host family were so nice and provided good breakfasts and evening meals and beer at a good price. The room was really nice but the veranda and the lovely garden was the biggest attraction for me. It was a short walk to the beach. I did get help finding the way in so best to phone.

Incredible stay, very clean, peaceful and comfortable homestay, 7 min walk from very nice beach and 3 min walk from supermarket and fruits. The host family is really lovely, very attentive and caring, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. I hope to come back next time.
A perfect homestay. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the house is right on the beach and you have a lot of quiet nature right in front of the room. There is also a beautiful veranda and, above all, a very warm and helpful host family who are there if you have a question or need help. A walk along the beach leads to a couple of nice cafés and the lack of restaurants in the area is not a problem at all, because: The family food is sensational, you shouldn't miss it! We felt very comfortable here and wish the family all the best!
