The location is excellent. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are spotless and tidy. The air conditioner, fans, and other amenities worked very well. They offer a complimentary kayak ride, which is very good. The boat ride is also very good (chargeable). The complimentary breakfast was okay. Staff provide coffee/tea and packaged water, but they are very affordable and not exuberant. Bath towels, hand wash, and body wash were well stocked. They did not charge anything extra for the campfire, which was very good.

Excellent location, approach road is very narrow but barely any vehicles. Just 10 15 mins inside NH66. Food served by the caretaker was really good & served at desired time itself. He also bought food parcel for us from near by restaurants.

Breakfast not included but yes for tea they use to provide. Name of person srikant and his wife is very polite in nature. They are very good. Whenever we needed for milk and tea they always ready for that. I truly recommend for this home stay because of you will feel like family environment. If you going Udupi do booking for this place. Very near to malpe sea walk and beach and even Udupi center.
It was a wonderful stay of 3 days. It's around 10 mins walk from beach. It is a simple home stay, with AC rooms. Owner stays somewhere else but visits regularly. Property is managed by a lovely family who are humble people and stay there.
The Breakfast was homemade and it was tasty. The quantity was also very good. I was fasting, so they also made sure that they provide tender coconut. Rooms are neat and clean, Parking is good. Finding homestay wasnt a issue at all. owners are really helpful and approachable. They have made a shower area and tap provision outside the homestay, so you can avoid messing the rooms. Though it's a basic homestay but it's close to the beach eventhough not a sea facing one.
After reaching to the hotel we were informed that our booking is cancelled and for which nobody informed us before. We booked our stay well in advance and booking were confirmed till we reached to the place and informed verbally.
Somehow we able to get decent Homestay nearby but at very premium price due to peak season. Absolutely unprofessional approach by hotel mgt. Please do not book this property as the staff is completely unprofessional and do not even understand basic communication. Highly disappointed.
