first they book room for the locals when locals reach to their property then they deny to give room to locals. They did not met with their terms and conditions which they mentioned about their property.
Fab is a great host who offered us comfortable rooms for a family of 5. The rooms were clean and spacious . We stayed for 3 nights , it was more like our second home. There was a small kitchenette and kitchenware. All basics were available at walking distance.
The place actually lives up to its nomenclature of homestay. If you are acquainted to homestays this place is for you. Great amenities. Good and cordial staff. Clean place. Made my stay perfect.

Very clean and modern, this converted house had everything you needed for a home from home stay. lovely little garden to relax and staff were exceptional. Located within a colony it was very peaceful and the 3 main shopping malls were about 15mins walk or a couple of minutes by car. lovely traditional Indian breakfast or eggs if you wish
I really liked the staff and my room in the hotel . It was beyond my expectations , really liked the way this property has been maintained .It was just like a homestay .Wifi was working well ,food was excellent .I would love to go there again .
Amazing property . So amazing. It was my first time to stay at a homestay as at the last minute this was the only option available to me. Itsss great. . They serve u breakfast an dinner in a dining area .. that is freshly made. So awesome .
It is really homestay. It is home-away from home. Staff is very very gentle and courteous. Owner is also gentle and very co-operative. We are very happy to stay there. We recommend every one to stay there only for comforts. Cleaning and hygiene is up to the mark. Food is very good. Every room is having balcony for sun-light and air ventilation.
We selected the only room on the ground floor as I have a problem of climbing stairs. The rooms, dining space, common area and the small garden area are all very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Amenities were good too. There is a very short ramp from the road leading to the house and two cars can be parked there. The homestay is in a completely residential neighborhood but there are eating joints nearby and one can order in food. There's a kitchen, fridge and a microwave and one can heat up food.
