We had a wonderful stay at Zeus Bungalow! Vasanthi, the host, was incredibly hospitable, and her cooking was absolutely delicious. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Although the location is in Kotagiri, a bit further from Ooty, the journey to the bungalow was a scenic delight, surrounded by nature and winding hairpin bends. Our family stayed for 4 nights, and Vasanthi made sure we had breakfast and dinner available every day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A highlight of our stay was getting to interact with her dogs, all of which are huskies, including a lab mix. We especially enjoyed spending time with Akira, Irene, and Panther—they were all so friendly and lovable! Vasanthi is wonderfully talkative, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. She was really helpful in suggesting some places to visit in the area, and her knowledge of the local attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication skills were excellent, and she is also proficient in Tamil, which made it easier for us to connect and get around. I also found the cost to be reasonable for the experience.

The property location is on a scenic valley. The food was awesome and tasty. The saff behavior was supergood. We had a campfire setup with the family and the arrangements made by them were really nice and it was a memorable evening. I would love to stay there again if I get a chance.

A cozy home stay in the hills of Nilgiri and Kotagiri which is next to home away from home! Lovely hospitality and amazing food served by Justin (the caretaker) would definitely recommended someone who wants to stay with their family in the most amazing place for home stay.
The property is located in a small valley surrounded by tea estates. The wooden cottages are nice, although the view of tea gardens from the windows is limited. The stay was nice - more like a home stay than a resort experience. Prasanna is a great host and guided us well on places to visit in and around Kotagiri. Food was simple and made to order , but was quite tasty.
Excellent Home stay. The hosts ensure your stay is memorable. Location is fantastic, amidst rolling velvet hills of tea. Dont miss an early morning walk - you will see lots of birds and if you are luckier, you might spot some wild creatures as well. Not too far from the "tourist spots". No restaurants around (but they serve you excellent home cooked meals), you will need to drive to Kotagiri (~15 mins) if you are looking for something fancy.
Amazing homestay, clean, safe and perfect for families / solo travellers. Host Vasanthi Mam has taken every effort to make the stay memorable and pleasant. The house is perfectly maintained with all amenities, the interiors are in perfect sync with the nature. The breakfast provided by her is an wholesome meal in itself, I also had the privilege of enjoying traditional dishes made by her. Highly recommeded.
Host is very good and well taken care of us. We stayed for 3 days with my family of 7 (3 kids). We enjoyed a lot stay. It is off beat location in tea garden. We taken dinner and very good and tasty food. I need to mention, we had bonfire too. This trip was memorable to all of us. Totally stay feel real home stay and treated like family members
Everything about the stay was exceptional. Amazing food, outstanding location, beautiful and pristine rooms, great hosting, overall an awesome experience for us. We were a family of 5 and all of us were beyond satisfied. Care takers were very quick in serving and made us feel at home. I definitely recommend this property.
