Comfortable, clean room with modern bathroom and plenty of storage and surface space for luggage etc. Sajhome is a close distance to restaurants and sites in Fort Kocki. Good value for money, and Saj couldn’t have been a better host. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made our arrival, stay and departure easy.

Good location to sightseeing all of Fort Kochi The rooms are emaculately clean.
Bed is comfortable and large
Kerala breakfast is tasty, healthy and kept me going all day till evening meal. Hosts are both keen to help you. They are wise and knowledgeable. They are interested in your individual needs and interests. 3 days was not quite enough to see and do what is available on Fort Kochi. I will come back on a future trip to Kerala.

Beautiful, comfortable room with great shower. All spotlessly clean. Food was delicious and plentiful, lots of different fresh fruits with breakfast. Lovely people, Stanley is a local tour guide and can suggest lots of things to do, and he has a really great attitude, very eco-conscious and wanting to preserve nature and local culture. The location is just a short way out of the centre of Kochi, so nice and peaceful, the surroundings of lots of the hotels in the centre/on the front in Fort Kochi were a bit noisy/smelly so we were very happy we chose Jasmin Homestay. Highly recommend.

The host guided us with proper information about the local sightseeing and restaurants available nearby.
They also allowed us to keep our luggage in a good place downstairs for two hours after the check out .

Everything is fine. Must stay here if you want to explore the town. As the hotel is in Fort Kochi, most of the places are at a walking distance. The hosts are very friendly. They'll guide you.
One thing I can say is that you'll meet them as hosts but leave this homestay as a family member.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Charlotte was incredibly kind and thoughtful giving us great suggestions, based on our enquirer. Her mum made us lovely breakfast in the open plan kitchen/diner. Christopher showed us a project he was working on and spent time pulling together articles based on a conversation we had. He even sent us off with his favourite incense after we went to his favourite local store and bought perfume. A wonderful stay. We highly recommend Walton’s Homestay.
I like the total atmosphere of the Homestay. Authentic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast with fruits, ,eggs and Toast in the kitchen around one big table.
I loved the garden
The location of Walton’s is perfect, right in the middle of Fort Kochi, whilst being quiet and peaceful. The Walton family are experts in looking after their guests, giving excellent advice on restaurants etc. My husband’s suitcase didn’t arrive at Kochi, and Charlotte made it her mission to get it to the home stay before we left, phoning the airline and “encouraging” them to sort it out, which they did. The room was simple but comfortable, looking on to a garden courtyard, full of plants about which Mrs Walton has a great knowledge.
The home stay is at the center of Fort kochi and all the places are at walkable distance. Room and washroom were clean. The owner is such a nice person, very humble and helpful.
This homestay is lovely, the host family are so welcoming - they made us breakfast one morning for 150 rupees per person, they were really helpful with organising taxis. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and a good size, the bed is comfy, the room as A/C, and the host provides toiletries. The location is great, very close to all the local sights and some great restaurants! We would definitely stay again!
