The couple that own the unit are very nice. The unit itself is mostly under their house so there are almost no windows. It is well venitalated , though, so everything is pleasant. It is well outfitted and has a small kitchenette and a double bed that is big enough (but if it had a spring matress, would have been more comfortable). It is obvious that the owners care and make an extra effort to make the most of the place.
As for location, it is near a senior residence (Migdal HaIr) and a hospital . We are observant, and needed to be in Kfar Saba for the Shabbat. The unit is semi suitable, meaning it is manageable, but not ideal. If observant and coming for Shabbat, make sure you bring cellotape (for the refrigerator), a small water urn (for hot water for coffee on Shabbat) and maybe a shabbat platter . The do have a small shabbat clock for your use.
The Beit Hillel shul is very lovely and friendly and it is only five minute walk away. If coming for Shabbat , it is highly recommended.

Bruno was wonderful. Quickly responsive to our every request and an overall lovely person. He even did our laundry for us, and made wonderful coffee whenever we wanted it.
His place is amazing with everything you might want, including spectacular views of Tel Aviv from it's 7th floor location.
It's in a quiet location and yet is very close to lots of different buses. It's also a very short walk to Ramat Gan National Park, which is a lovely recreation area.
