We were greeted right away by lovely, helpful, and forgiving people. Made a booking mistake about our party number and instead of bringing frustration, they accommodated our third person by a room with an extra bed and immediately went into the cold night to collect fresh tomatoes, onions, eggs, and milk for our meals. It was an old, comfortable house with character and rural charm. They showed us around the peat fueled stove, the stocked kitchen, and the clean bathroom with an abundance of towels and the most lovely hot shower. Our room had plenty of blankets to keep us warm in the cold autumn, and there was a table with dishes, coffee, tea, and a kettle. The conversation with our hosts was refreshing, heartwarming, and welcoming which we needed dearly. The kitchen worked great and the common space felt like home, with cereal, bread, butter, and fruit we could help ourselves to. We were so sad to leave the next day without proper time to explore the property including a polytunnel, farm birds, and sweet kitties and dogs. Great 1hr proximity to Dublin airport and a nice countryside experience, especially for the price.

Great breakfast in a fantastic home, Patricia and Tim were lovely hosts and I really enjoyed their company. A little secluded which was perfect as so quiet when sleeping.
Lovely hosts who were extremely helpful and attentive to all our requirements. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Shared kitchen facilities were good and breakfast lovely. Plentyof parking on site. Bathroom although not an ensiute was next door & private & only used by us. Dinner recommendation was excellent!
Gorgeous house. Immaculately clean. Lovely room and the breakfast was excellent. Patricia and her family were lovely hosts and very welcoming. We would highly recommend their B&B and would definitely stay there again. Thank you. Eddie & Susie Black👍
