We can’t wait to come back to Salmon Island View and would recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home from home. Bernie went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, and the place really does have everything you need. Our chatty 5 year old son obviously felt at home because he dumped his coat and tried to take off his shoes the second we walked through the door! Bernie was brilliant with him and chatted away with him like she’d known him forever. The amenities are brilliant and the room was lovely with a gorgeous view. Bernie was knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Nothing was too much trouble; we arrived a little bit early and were able to check in early because Bernie went above and beyond. Willy was lovely too, even though we only met him briefly as we were checking out. We were only sorry we were only there one night - we are already planning our return.

Everything...we were there for a cycle race so was good value... Brought breakfast stuff but we already provided with oats, breadand coffee... a microwave, fridge and kettle was available so got our eggs in 😊... Super warm and clean... Very private.. Own separate kitchen and living room to host.

Lovely host and facilities. The room, bathroom and separate room to work or relax in were lovely spaces. Modern and well furnished. We stayed for a wedding which was in Ashley park and it was perfect for us.
