This old farmhouse was such a treat. The accomodations were comfortable, cozy and casual. The property was filled with history and the host was welcoming and quite enjoyable. This farmhouse is steeped in history and is still owned and operated by descendents of the original family. The host treated us like family and shared many historical memories of the family and the farmhouse with us. The accomodations were quite comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking an experience steeped in history. It's location just outside of Limmerick made for easy access to all our destinations in the area. This is a home and not a hotel which made it such a wonderful experience.

Gerald is an absolute delight! He is the owner and living in the premises. He is in the process of renovating the whole house and he is doing a great job! The beds are comfy, shower is hot, you have access to the kitchen and Gerald would love to drink a beer or glass of wine with you and have a chat. 😃 It's a beautiful area and this is a great place to lay your head!

very clean place, provided us with everything we’d need (had towels and shampoo/shower gel, soap etc.), quiet environment in a great area, lovely hosts that even drove us to the bus station since we couldn’t go by train, really loved our stay and we’d definitely love to visit again 👍🏻

Period property. We stayed at the Garden Suites. Very comfortable with two bedrooms and all mods. Clean and loved the crisp white linen on the beds. As other reviews said water pressure on the showers can be improved but it’s a hotel and we are all doing our part for the environment. Still had ample hot water and everything worked and was clean.
