Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Everything was great. The room was perfect, and the view was breathtaking .
Sheila was a lovely host and cooked a great breakfast. The island is beautiful and the people are too. We will definitely be returning to the island and hopefully here if rooms available.

This is a super property, in such a special location close to Keel & Keem beaches, which are a must see experience. Such good value for money, with great hosts, wish we could have stayed longer and thanks Deirdre, hope to return in the summer season.
Achill Isle House is a lovely place with a lovely host.
We loved the views from our room and the generous breakfast. We were happy the host lent us towels to enjoy the beach. She also indicated the best places to visit.
