Had an absolute blast staying at Suaimhneas! Such a beautiful, well decorated house. Everything is well thought of, all the details. Everything is exceptionally clean! Very comfortable and cozy room. Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The en suite room I had was perfect. Lovely view from the breakfast room. Rose and John were great hosts and even invited me to go dancing! I would definitely recommend them
Upon arrival, the owners invited us in for tea and biscuits, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with what to see in the area and where to eat. Great hosts. The place was easy to find, too.

Comfortable hotel with luxury touches expected of a 4 star Hotel. Loved the residents sitting room. Staff were super friendly, efficient and professional. Facilities in the room were great. Comfy bed with great pillows, luxury towels and coffee and tea facilities. We also eat at The Poets Corner bar restaurant. Very lively with lots of locals eating there. The food was delicious and good value. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
