Theresia and Rehan couldn’t have been better hosts. They were there for anything I needed, helped me to plan my days, and even planned a dinner one night which we enjoyed on the beautiful veranda. I came without a car/bike and with no plans and they even drove me to get meals and to see a few things since I was the only guest. The property is gorgeous and I spent both afternoons reading and enjoying the sounds of the outdoors and the little kittens. I recommend Pondok Bamboo highly!!

The accomodation is a homestay, she have diferent kind of rooms and different prices. we stayed in the "economic room", which is basic, but the price is very low, with breakfast! Very clean, towels and blanket smell very nice. The hostesses are super welcoming and friendly. Local and good breakfast. Very good location, near Alun Alun Square.
The host is not a host: he is a friend! He helped me literally with everything! Offered to pick me up, guided me in an incredible tour, kept checking everything with my onward trip was OK (he even showed up at my pick up point, just to be safe!)
The homestay view is very nice and you can really relax there.

Near to sukinir hill for early sunrise point.
Only homestays available in Dieng, so no options of much hotels.
The staff was very helpful and informative. The view was wonderful, close to tea farm and lake. Wifi was available and the connection is excellent. Kitchen appliance and utensils were available, so it was convenient to cook for family. The homestay was clean.
