Excellent sized room for a small family, say with two young kids. Has a reasonable living room and 4-seater dining table. No kitchen but kettle and fridge. Only one bathroom. Modern, bright and smart TV are all pluses. The location is walking distance to a market, lots of coffeeshops, massage places, big food court and two malls.

Very clean, very nice polite and friendly staff. From door people, taxi drivers, reception stars, cleaners, bar and food personnel. Special mention to Tika who looked after us on bbq night, bringing and explaining the local delicacies to us. Obviously you can get up and help yourself to whatever you like but we liked that she included us to help us try the locals food. Breakfast such a wide range to choose from to suit many nationalities /
Clean, peaceful environment, amazing sea view, high floor. A home away from home, wish we could have stayed longer. It has everything you need in a studio apartment; closets, fridge, workspace, cupboards, kitchen utensils. Toiletries, towels and coffee/tea kits were provided.
Good hosts, even give us a local snacks to try.
Definitely worth the money.
Hopefully they can maintain the place.
FYI: Mall below the apartment is not yet fully operational, no food choices but there are restaurants which is 500m away.
The place is very near to the City. Homestay guy name Pondaa helped with the accomodation arrangements. He has helped to take bike rental at Batam and also brings me to try local food and friendly.
It was nice staying in this property for 7 days. I felt like home. The family is awesome and they make my stay comfortable. I really recommend this homestay.
Very near to Nagoya hill shopping mall. Its a new hotel with balcony, thats the reason why we wanted to stay here! Receptionist was so kind to give us smoking room because she saw my husband was smoking outside the hotel lobby....night time outsite the hotel was soo pack due to the nice buildings lights and ambience, locals takes picture and lepak chilling there, so must becareful.
