A small babbling brook borders the property so you have the relaxing sound of water all around. Thre is a also a pool which we didn't even try as we were so enchanted with the garden.
The bungalow we had was richly decorated with gorgeous balinese textile curtains.
What made this place truly special for us is the welcome and service Marc and Ericka (owners) gave us : they not only organized a Mt Ijen excursion for us but a fantastic massage by Aini.
In the restaurant, son Ricco is a talented cook and the food was excellen... Best breakfast pancakes on and out of Bali!

Really liked the nice neighborhood and the size of the homestay- high ceilings and spacious social area felt like a comfortable family home.

Juda Homestay is such a beautiful place! The rooms are simple, but clean and the bed is cozy. The AC was working perfectly! The terrace is enchanting with all the plants. Juda was a great host and organised our tour to mount Ijen. Staying outside the city center had the advantage that we had the most beautiful walk to the train station through some rice fields.
Beautiful homestay located in a small village of locals surrounded by jungle and close to kawah ijen. The family that runs the homestay is incredibly sweet and make sure you have a nice stay. The nasi goreng and mie goreng is soo good. The owner was really nice and organized our tour to ijen and to the hospital to get the health certificate. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Great place, great breakfast but most of all an amazing host family, who not only take care of you at the homestay (it really feels like home) but they also show you around, as you would do with family! Amazing hospitality.
Excellent home stay experience! Hosts are incredibly kind and helpful (like arranging a ride with their friends to get us to Malang the next day!), breakfast and other foods at homestay are delicious, rooms are cozy and comfortable and location works well. We booked Ijen crater through the hotel which was a great experience.
The host and vibe at this place was great. the host did everything he could to make our holiday the best time possible. he brought us everywere we needed to go. the ferrry , the harbor for a boat trip to a deserted island and he brought us to a local fish market to eat some fresh fish from the barbeque. We also had great company in the homestay. if you look for a cheap place with a great host and a nice vibe look no further than dannu!
It was great staying at Juda Homestay, everything was a breeze and Juda was amazing. I felt right at home staying here and Juda was accomadating to all my needs, even taking me out to get dinner when I arrived and did not yet have a scooter of my own. 10/10!

One of the best homestays I had so far. Nice, big rooms, good bed and clean bathroom. Azmi is a great host, caring a lot for his guests, preparing tea for free, open to share thoughts and supports with questions. He helped me to organize a tour to Ijen too. I can highly recommend this place and hope to come back one time soon.
the trip to Ijen was amazing! Great guide Albi, fantastic atmosphere in the homestay, great host at the property fully adjusting to our needs and requests! Thank you for that! The room is very basic, but it is ok since most likely you will spend there only couple of hours before the trip. Not sure if the place is great for more picky customers. Beautiful rice fields just outside the house.
