I liked the swimming pool; the friendliness of the staff; the quick response to any need. The home is across the street from the bus station. Can take the bus into Dubrovnik from there. Breakfast was enough variety and food. Great balcony area to relax and daydream.

Beautiful restored building in heart of old city, easy walking access to all you want to see and do. A little tricky to find at first, pay attention to the email you will receive from the owner just before your arrival. As others have noted, there are steps to the rooms, but the owner will meet/help you. With greenery-covered ruins right outside the building, you feel like a part of history. Breakfast is provided at Rudjer restaurant, which has a gorgeous outdoor terrace and the choices are outstanding. The hostess is extremely warm and can provide tourist tips. Virtually nothing is missing and the best example is the hair flatiron in the room. Great place to stay!

Spacious and very clean apartment. There's well-maintained chairs and a small table at the balcony with gorgeous sea view. Bonus: The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and dining area. Host is extremely responsive and patience to answer our questions. About 10-15 mins walking to old town. We will definitely stay in this apartment when we return.

What a gorgeous place Zaton Bay is! The villa is easy to find, we were greeted at the door by two lovely hosts. The room was perfect. Nothing to complain about at all. Breakfast was lovely. You are ON the water, so swim out the front door. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
Villa Mali Raj is situated on the most beautiful bay. It is close enough to Dubrovnik to be convenient, but far away enough to escape the summer crowds and the setting is peaceful and quaint. Our lovely hosts were so kind and accommodating with everything we needed and even drove to Ston to fetch us when we were stranded when no Ubers or transfers were available. There is a SUP board and kayak for guests to use and we loved our stay in Zaton, we didn’t feel the need to leave such a special place.
Small, quiet area near the beach and restaurant. Great hosts, beautiful breakfast and room spacious, clean and comfortable with nice porch area to sit out on.
Perfect location, lovely hosts, water right there! Zaton Milan happens to be a lovely spot away from crowds yet still quite close to Dubrovnik (there's a nearby bus that can get you there). The two restaurants around the bay a little further are absolute treats too.
We decided to take the breakfast, as there wasn't much else around, and were glad we did. The omelettes were awesome!
