We stumbled upon Black Pearl Hotel in Tisno purely by coincidence while searching for a small coastal town, and we couldn't have made a better choice!
First, the city. The town of Tisno is simply beautiful—especially the sunsets, which are beyond incredible. It is also conveniently located halfway between Zadar and Split, and allows for all-day or half-day trips along the coast, around the islands, or into the mainland. Krka National Park left us speechless!
Second, the hotel and, specially, the hotel host, Vladka. She truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was unforgettable. From a delicious breakfast while enjoying the mesmerizing views from the hotel, to countless recommendations and tips whenever she had a chance. We are so very grateful for her warm hospitality and kind spirit. We felt we got to know a very special person.
All in all, our stay at Black Pearl was the high point of our first-ever trip to Croatia. We left feeling that we needed to stay longer, which is why we are planning to make Black Pearl our base during the entire trip the next time we visit the Dalmatian coast.
If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place in a gorgeous town close to a million activities and yet with a relaxing atmosphere, we cannot but recommend Vladka's Black Pearl in Tisno. We will definitely come back.

The host was very kind and upgraded us as we were in the off season. She generously offered us her personal beach towels and cushions so we could enjoy some beach time - which was a 2 minute walk down the street. She had coffee and a coffee maker in the room which is always a bonus! I recommend staying here!

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything a family needs for a holiday. The host family welcomed us warmly with a snack in the fridge. The atmosphere was very hospitable. The large balcony offers enough space for meals and relaxing. The location of the apartment is about 10-15 minutes walk from the center and beach of Pirovac and is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. We've had the most amazing time at Andrea's place in Pirovac. The apartment may not be the most modern, but it was spotless clean and very comfortable to stay at. The location literally right by the beach is unbeatable. Andrea is a great host who stays on the premises herself and is very thoughtful and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year again.
It was really outstanding, if you really appreciate the non-Tourismus place. It‘s a feel-good oasis…the real authentic experience of Dalmatia, incl. the original food. You get the real taste of it, most things you eat, are being harvested there!

the apartment was a great size with a well equiped kitchen, lovely outdoor area with plenty of places to sit, it was exceptionally clean, the beach was so close with great swimming, umbrellas and bars on the beach , a very short walk to town for food and great restaurants and shopping, the host family was fantastic, always welling to help in anyway they could to make our stay enjoyable all in all I think this is the best accomodation I have ever stayed in
