I had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment! The view of the coast and the sea from the window was absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Even though there was no kitchenette, the provided knife and fork made it possible for me to enjoy breakfast inside while taking in the beautiful scenery. The room was cozy and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The location was amazing, the room is soundproofed so we slept very well. The room although small suited is perfectly and was spotless. The small little touches were very appreciated and the host was extremely helpful even offering us umbrellas for the day after we checked out.

I booked 3 nights, and stayed for 7! This was the first time I stayed in a guest house and it exceeded expectations. Petra was the most wonderful host, prompt, helpful, gracious and with love and care for her property she ensured it was in immaculate conditions, always and the atmosphere was calm, and the tea light candles lit each night were perfect.
I stayed in Red, Green & Blue rooms. The red room was my favourite because of the natural light, sea breezes and glowing sunset, and the balcony doors I left open of a night and slept really well. The green room was a good size, well laid out with reasonable natural light coming through a modern installed window with shutters, the view was to the charming historic building next door, as was the blue room, but it was a little smaller in size. All rooms had air con, wardrobes, side tables, stool etc, nothing else was needed!
Not once did I have to wait for another guest to shower (there are 2 showers) or go to the toilet (2 toilets also), the bed linen was good quality, and additional requests such as beach towels were always promptly delivered.
I was most impressed with the kitchen and used it each day, sunset was especially wonderful for preparing dinner and the best view was from here! The kitchen had everything you needed, right down to containers to pack your lunch in! The balcony had a small table and seating, with water, city, sunset and the street below views and I spent many sitting back and immersing in Korcula life.
The location I loved especially the sunrise beach swims. The water was crystal clear, clean and mostly I had the spot to myself. On days when I had some work to do (the kitchen table was the perfect spot with the balcony doors open and million-dollar views) the closeness of the beach was a much-welcomed bonus with regular trips to cool off, stretch my legs and feel like a local.
This property and Petra made my trip to Korcula one I'll always rave about!

Excellent apartment with a great host and magnificent view from the terrace. You can take a swim anytime you like because the beach is in front of the house and if you want to grab a bite you have restaurants next to it. Would definitely come back!
Great location in beautiful Lumbarda. Frankica is a lovely host. It is easy to get to Lumbarda from the korcula ferry port by water taxi, and the apartment is very close to where it drops you off.
Great hosts, fantastic terrace and the view, comfy apartment with everything one needs for a vacation! Hosts made us feel really welcome and gave us some good hints! Parking was right in front and always available. Location is perfect - calm, not noisy at all, and 2 minutes away from the center. Amazing apartment everything was excellent Mark met us when we arrived and informed us about the apartment and even gave us a bowl of figs which we enjoyed everything was pristine and had all the mod cons oven fridge toaster microwave etc bed was very comfortable and bathroom was amazing too view was out of this world looking straight on to water definitely will go back again Mark was a great host and informed us about local area etc
Cvita was a lovely host, very welcoming, attentive and helpful. She provided us with croissants and even tasty home cooked food and treats. Apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was amazing - both the views and proximity to Lumbarda. Cvita recommended a great place to eat which was very close to the apartment. We had a fantastic time exploring the island.
