The staff was really nice, the location was perfect, you need to walk just 10 minutes to find the main area, with markets and beaches, and in the other direction, maybe walk 20 minutes to find a really nice beach. In addition, the pool was perfect, and most of the time there were few people, so I was able to enjoy it alone for a long time and it was perfect.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The location is probably the best in Lopud. It’s central to everything. The villa is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. The view is stunning, Nela, our lovely host, was so warm and welcoming. She shared lots of useful information and was great fun to chat to. We will definitely try to return here one day!

The property is a two-bed apartment with a small kitchen and a living room. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. You also have the advantage of having Ana, the owner, next door. She is the most open-hearted and kind host one can ask for. She goes far and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We will definitely return.
The apartment is part of a row of houses which belong to the locals. So you feel very much part of the life of the island during your stay.
We are half locals, so VERY picky about where we choose to go when leaving our home, but Ana's place had it all! A superb location, the host is remarkably welcoming and helpful, the apartment had all we could think of needing. Beach literally two steps away, so we could drink coffee on the porch while watching the kids enjoy the Adriatic.
