Beautiful room in the centre of old Labin. We only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed the room and proximity to restaurants. The host was gracious to leave us with the most delicious croissants in the morning. They were the best we’ve had.

The hosts were gracious and welcoming. Although we arrived late and they had little time, they prepared the best dinner we had in Istria. We rented two rooms for our family of 7 and both were clean and stocked. The house sits atop a hill with fantastic sunset views over the valley. The hosts painstakingly renovated the property a few years ago, keeping its rustic charm, yet upgrading it with all modern amenities. It is a quiet and peaceful location, yet is a short drive to sights around Istria.

Very peaceful location in countryside just off the motorway (but you wouldn't know it!)
Although we only stayed one night, staff welcomed us to the farm. One for animal-lovers: donkeys, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats, and at night, a chorus of frogs.
Accommodation was comfortable and food was hearty and generous.

What an excellent stay! If I could give this an 11 out of 10, I would. Renata is a lovely host, who was so kind as to offer a drink upon arrival, and coffee upon checking out the next morning, along with some excellent conversation. She is very kind and attentive and speaks multiple languages very well. This was certainly one of my best stays in Europe even if it was only for one night. The room was also incredibly clean, and was great value for the price. Our room had a small kitchen area, and the cupboards were filled with pots, pans, utensils, and everything we may have needed to cook. The building was also lovely, with great scenery, plenty of parking, and a good restaurant right next door. We spent our day before check-in at a beach about 20 minutes away from the room, where the water was warm, crystal clear, and just stunning. This was the perfect stay, my sister and I are hoping to return in the future!!!

This is a quiet area location. Safe parking. Big terrace for outside dinning. BBQ area. Very clean rooms and pleasant smelling bedding. A well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, big refrigerator including. Mosquitoes protection on window and electrical repellents in the sockets. Small pool was a bonus for the kids.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, just as advertised on the pictures. Nino was a great host providing excellent recommendations for the areas best beaches and restaurants. Can only recommend!
The apartment was super clean and spacious. It felt like a real home! We had 3 terraces to enjoy plus a comfortable living room and the surroundings were so peaceful. You are a very short drive from Labin and only 15 mins from a stunning cove to swim in.
We made good use of the barbecue and spent many happy nights barefoot, sipping wine and making our dinner under the stars.
The host family are utterly kind-hearted and thoughtful. Lots of nice little touches made this a fantastic stay.
She is a great host! Incredibly polite, courteous, friendly and always helpful. She answers every question, is super responsive and happy to help. The house is fantastic! Absolutely new, extremely clean, fully equipped and you everything is pretty much in reach (between 10-20 minutes by car). It's wonderfully quiet and the pool is the highlight. I can only warmly recommend the accommodation. We are very busy and hard working - we were looking for something to relax an black out the world. This holiday was everything we were looking for!

The house, sourroundings, nice pool, clean, great host. A little far from the seaside (20-30min drive). Other than that we had a realy nice stay and would definetly recommend.

Really pristine apartment great facilities seriously lovely host. Local supermarket walking distance. ...wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful outdoor facilities as well.
