Arrived very late and left the next morning so spent very little time here. Was happy to be picked up at the airport and have the driver show me into the room at around 1am. Room was large and comfortable.

The owner was very helpful. Drove us to the airport at 4am for free. Bed was very comfortable, and the hot water shower was the best I had in my travels through guatemala. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Really helpful and responsive staff, available via WhatsApp if you can't see them around the hostel which was useful for us.

I was charmed by this little place - it felt almost like a homestay and gave me a feel for the real Guatemala. The hosts were very very nice and did their best to accommodate my needs despite the language barrier and my very broken Spanish. The room was big, comfortable and it was nice to have a private bathroom after having previously stayed in hotels for the same price.
Great hostel in the centre of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful, rooms were clean, great free breakfast and its extremely afforadale. Stayed here twice would stay again.
Included breakfast was fresh and tasty and we always loved eating with the view of the lake. Stunning views and welcoming environment all around at Jenna's. Yvan was a great host with great recommendations and connections.
Andrea was a great host. She was flexible with our check in time which we very much appreciated. We forgot our phone charger there and she saved it for us and returned it the next day. Very nice and helpful host, well kept space.
It's a good hostel if you stay a night or two. The staff was really nice and friendly at all times! I also recommend the 10-bed dorm over the 14-bed dorm. It's much more comfortable and the mattresses seemed better. (Tried both rooms)
There are big lockers under the beds which is also a plus!
Lovely hosts and great room on a secure street (with security and gated community). The room had access to outside seating too as well as a specious bathroom and bedroom. The hosts were kind and provided drop off to the airport. Couldn't ask for more while we were only there one night before a flight.
