We were only there for a couple of nights at the beginning and end of our trip, but couldn't have been made more welcome. Great location, very quiet, but close to everything. The room was great, simple but comfortable, with a cute balcony; super clean, lovely linen and towels, water in the fridge, etc. Yanis was lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient, we couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed here for just one night before leaving Santorini, but it was such a pleasant stay. The room itself is simple and modest, but the hotel is very considerate with small details like having a couple of snacks and juices in the fridge. The restroom was very clean. AC was good. Favorite part was the jacuzzi. We'd been used to all the plunge pools in Santorini that are set to between 27C - 30C. It was nice to sit and soak in something warmer. I believe the jacuzzi in front of our room was set to 35C. They also welcomed us with a small gift. It wasn't necessary at all, but a nice gesture.

Staff Angela and Magarita are very nice and helpful before and during our stay, to help us book the shuttle and keep our luggage. Particularly Angela always respond quickly to our questions.

Everything and everyone was amazing at Phoenix. Fay and (I’m assuming) her son were lovely hosts, they helped arrange transport and breakfast. The hotel itself was cleaned spotless every day, very comfortable rooms and good facilities for a 4 day stay. The pool was very clean and is exactly what is needed after a long day in the sun. Cannot recommend Phoenix enough, thank you once again!
Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful . Costas was a lovely host greeting us with a smile every morning. The only thing I would suggest is having the option for fried eggs 🍳
Such lovely hosts, were very helpful upon checking with giving us a general map of the area. Convenient to Fira town, and only 15 minute walk to the main bus station. Reasonable view from the balcony but a bit obscured. The bathroom facilities were good and the whole place was very clean.
This is a very special place! The view from the terrace (room 4) is unbelievable. Minas is a lovely host. He came with different recommendations, of which our favorite was a boat trip where we were able to watch the vulcano landscape from the sea. You have to walk a few steps up and down from/to the hotel, but no worries. Miri is probably the strongest man in the world and is extremely helpful with the luggage. We loved everything 💙
I liked the cosyness of the cave, great host helped us out alot getting around, i liked the outside bit where we could get in the sun and the walk to the nearest shops was not far
Eva was such a great host, very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large, clean and comfortable with good air con. The pool are was great, perfect to cool off, relax and enjoy the sun. It was only 10 minutes walk from town, but felt more peaceful and quiet which we enjoyed.
