The breakfast was well supplied. It was a bit annoying that you had to schedule yourself for the breakfast, but it turns out that nobody was checking on it.
The room was super clean.
They were understanding with the fact that we lost a keycard and did not charge us extra for that. While it's a small detail, I appreciated it.
Even if they didn't have parking, they could arrange garage parking for us for 20 EUR/day right across the street, which was convenient (parking in Thessaloniki is tough).
The location is super lively and nice. There are a few restaurants downstairs.

Elpida is great! We received a very warm and generous hospitality. The apartment is very close to the entertainment area and a walking distance from the sea. The room is small and welcoming.
The communication was very good, we were given good recommendations for places to eat

This is the second time we have stayed overnight on our way to southern Greece. It's very good value for money. Even though it's on top of the hill, there are several nice taverns just outside of our room. The room itself was clean, had everything we needed. Depending on which room you choose it could be rather small or with barely a window, but if you choose a bigger room that won't be a problem. Check in was really easy and we're likely to come again when we visit Greece.

Alex was always friendly and helpful. He is also an animal lover and has a dog and two small birds. There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and cafés nearby the apartment.
The residential area is outside the city center. If you want to go to the Center or sightseeing, I recommend taking the bus or even rent a car.

Elli is a great host. She was so helpful, informative, kind and friendly. The flat has everything you may need. Quite clean and comfortable. The location is great, markets around, walking distance to the sea side.
Cozy place with lovely hosts that provided us with recommendations. The studio was sparkling clean and we loved that there was a parking spot available for us.
The whole place was clean with air conditioning available. Really flexible times for both check in and check out. While the city center is 10-15 minutes away by car depending on traffic, the Evosmos square is really close with many pubs, restaurants and shops there. Really great host, left us some water.
Property in nice location in Kalimaria district. Host Alexis was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was offered all the help I needed, or would need throughout my further stay in Thessaloniki. The property was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom was a godsend as temperatures were above 40 degrees. It was a pleasure to be welcomed into such a lovely private home.
