We stayed here for 5 nights, they welcomed us with water in the refrigerator and every day without us asking we had the room spotless with clean towels if we wanted it. The best of all is the people who live and work there, they are super friendly and made us feel like home. In addition, we asked if we could leave our luggage for some hours since our flight was at night. and they had no problem at all. The location couldn't be better. We highly recommend this hotel :)

Perfect place to spend a week in Rhodes. Everything is within walking distance, it’s clean and big enough for a couple. One of the better beaches I’ve been to, mostly locals, so you can spend a day there in peace. With all the amenities offered, we had the opportunity to make some easy breakfast at the room, so we saved some money there! The owner was super helpful, so no problem when coming or leaving!
Excellent location, 5 mins walk to pebbly beach (a little further for sand) and 10 mins walk to the old city. Also, only about 12 mins walk to bus station. Water in the fridge on arrival. Grocery shops and lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Georgia and Achilleas were lovely hosts and checked in by email frequently to see if I needed anything (and also gave me fresh towels and yummy pastries during the week). Small but beautifully kept. Be aware of lots of steps up to apartment.
Steve is a great host. He is open to all questions and is willing to help. As a local he had great recommendations for beaches and places we should visit during our stay. The apartment is large, with three beds in two separate rooms, two large balconies and a large kitchen. The location is very close to Elli beach (5 min walk) It's positioned well so you can choose to visit either the west or east side of the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and locals are very friendly and gladly help tourists.
The hotel was easy to find and away from all the buzz of tourism. When we arrived, Nicoletta welcomed us with her heartwarming smile and helped us get lodged. The apartment was super clean, and both bedrooms were equipped with ACs, which is extremely important in Rhodes's unsupportable weather. Domy was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with her beautiful smile. She recommended places to visit, restaurants to go to, and some unique places only locals know about. So be sure to ask her.

I was lucky enough to be the first guest at this wonderful property and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Old Town. The sensitively-restored medieval residence is peaceful and comfortable, the rooms airy, spacious and full of thoughtful details. Fresh flowers, delicious breakfasts prepared to order, fantastically welcoming and attentive staff, Elia Fos has the atmosphere of a charming private home. I felt lucky to stay there and I'm sure future guests will agree.
